Nutrition is defined as the "science of food, the nutrients and other substances therein, their action, interaction and balance in relation to health and disease, and the processes by which the organism ingests, absorbs, transports, utilizes and excretes food substances. What is a "healthy diet"?
A healthy eating pattern is one that provides enough of each essential nutrient from nutrient-dense foods, contains a variety of foods from all of the basic food groups, and focuses on balancing calories consumed with calories expended to help you achieve and sustain a healthy weight. This eating pattern limits intake of solid fats, sugar, salt (sodium) and alcohol. A healthy diet reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and osteoporosis.

Medical Weight Loss Program
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), a naturally occurring hormone found in pregnant women triggers the hypothalamus to mobilize stored fat into the bloodstream and to protect the body's good fat while preventing muscle tissue from breaking down. Researchers have found that by administering HCG in small doses abnormal body fat decreaseswhich aids in weight loss. When combined with a medically-supervised, healthy, low calorie diet the weight loss is greater and effective because of the way the HCG interacts with the body's abnormal fat stores. This program is suitable for men and women with average weight loss for males being 35 to 45 lbs and females 15 to 25 lbs.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a state-of-the-art skin rejuvenation system that gently abrades the surface of the skin using crystal free tips. A controlled vacuum lifts off the dry, damaged cell layers, leaving behind smoother, more vibrant skin. With progressive treatments this exfoliation procedure can remove damage caused by age, the sun and other environmental factors, leaving the skin looking years younger.Microdermabrasion is most often performed on the face, but can also be used on hands, chest and other areas where rough skin is prevalent; such as elbows, knees and heels.
Microdermabrasion has proven to be clinically effective for:
Dry or oily skin Hyperpigmentation
Fine lines and wrinkles Acne prone skin
Sun damaged skin Scar tissue reduction

Chemical Peels
Sun exposure, acne or just getting older can leave your skin tone uneven, wrinkled, spotted or scarred. If you want your skin to look smoother and younger, consider a chemical peel, which uses a chemical solution to smooth the texture of your skin by removing the damaged outer layers.
A chemical peel, also called chemexfoliation or derma peeling, is one of the least invasive ways to improve the appearance of your skin. Although chemical peels are used mostly on the face, they can also be used to improve the skin on your neck and hands.
Chemical Peels are successful in improving:
Acne or acne scars Irregular skin pigmentation
Age and liver spots Rough skin and scaly patches
Fine lines and wrinkles Scars
Freckles Sun-damaged skin
