Over the past 20 years, Dr. Carlton C. Crockwell Sr., has specialized in growing and providing strategic leadership to companies, including his own, to develop managers to become driving force behind the vision of the Board of Directors.

One of his core philosophies is that to change managers, “they must believe in themselves and have an open mind to operate at a higher level of thinking” he states, “without this, we are just people sitting in a room having a conversation going nowhere”.

Another important tenet of his leadership style is his belief that “he is not successful until the team is firstly successful.”

 

Dr. Crockwell has an MBA from the University of Liverpool in Leadership and Business studies. He also holds a Masters and Doctorate degree in Religious and Theological Studies from the Canadian Christian University.

He is presently the Chairman and CEO of Security Associates Limited and the Executive Chairman of Pleasantville Holdings Limited.

Since November 2022 he has served as the newly appointed Chairman of the UCG Group of Companies (which operates Northshore Medical & Aesthetics Center)

He has been married to Jorene, his "Queen" for the past 36 years and they have two (sons) and two grandchildren.
