Effective Tuesday, April 13th 2021, with the recent Government Stay at Home Order, our NorthShore Medical Center clinic hours will now be from 8am to 2pm daily. You have the option to choose to attend our in-office clinic at 7 North Shore Road Devonshire or by virtual appointment. However, to minimize contact and help stop the spread, we are strongly encouraging virtual appointments. If necessary, the doctor will advise during your virtual assessment the need to bring you in office for a deeper assessment. Our telemedicine makes it easier for our healthcare providers to care for you, our patients. No need to contact the office, all patients will be contacted by a NMAC Staff member with the option to reschedule upcoming appointments.
We recommend using our Virtual Consultations especially if:
You are a Covid-19 patient
Have Covid-19 like symptoms
Have pending Covid-19 test results
Are on Quarantine or Isolating
Have Traveled in the last 14 days
Feel safer to remain at home/office while you see your doctor

Covid-19 Testing: Our Covid-19 Testing clinic hours will remain the same and remember we also have VIP at home/office testing available for your convenience. Product Sales: During this time, for those not already coming in for an appointment, we are doing Pre-Orders for product, supplement sales. Please call the office (441) 293-5476 to purchase. We are only accepting card payments, no cash accepted during this time. Curbside Pick-Up times are between 1pm and 2pm only, please call the office when you arrive. We can also deliver to you Complimentary via the NorthShore Pharmacy if there is also a Prescription order available the same time for delivery. At time of order, you must let us know if you have a delivery with the NorthShore Pharmacy then NMAC will coordinate with the Pharmacy if you want it also delivered the same time. All orders will be ready the next business day for Delivery or for Curbside pickup.
NorthShore Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are still 8:30am and 5:30pm and they will update you if this changes as things island-wide are fluid.
SpaMedica: All Spa aesthetics will not be available at this time, only medically related treatments will be performed at this time at SpaMedica. Appointments will be assessed case-by-case to determine medical necessity.
Salon B: Our Salon B Hair & Scalp Clinic will remain open for medical treatments, however hair styling and barbering services will not be available at this time.
Our NMAC Staff will reach out and reschedule any appointments when we are allowed to reopen our Spa and Salon B for all services.
